Mattress Firm’s core values include trust, passion and growth, and its employees are directing their passion to the fight against pancreatic cancer. Several hundred employees from across the country have turned out to participate in their local PurpleStrides and also joined in the National Call-in as part of Advocacy Day last June. Stores in a couple of regions have become event sponsors, and there’s now a contingency of super-passionate employees who are rolling up their sleeves to volunteer for our organization.
