*The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network cannot reimburse you for flight, hotel or ground transportation expenses, although we have negotiated a discounted hotel rate for the event.

Arrival/Departure Recommendations

Training and breakout sessions will begin early in the morning on Monday, June 18, so you should plan to arrive in Washington D.C. on Sunday, June 17.

If you are flying out of Reagan National Airport (DCA), please book your return flight on Tuesday, June 19 no earlier than 6:30 p.m.

If you are flying out of Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) or Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI), please book your return flight no earlier than 7:30 p.m.

Some meetings with members of Congress may be scheduled late in the afternoon on Tuesday because of congressional schedules. These meetings are the reason you are coming to Washington, D.C., so it is critical that your travel arrangements permit you to attend.

*Please bring your luggage to the lobby bell desk when you check out on Tuesday morning. The hotel will securely store your luggage for the day as there are no luggage storage options on Capitol Hill.

Ground Transportation

You can take taxis or ride-sharing apps (Uber/Lyft) from Reagan National Airport (DCA) to the Renaissance Washington D.C. Downtown Hotel or the hotel of your choice.
