Arrival/Departure Recommendations

Training and breakout sessions will begin early in the morning on Monday, June 24, so you should plan to arrive in Washington, D.C., on Sunday, June 23.

If you are flying out of Reagan National Airport (DCA), please book your return flight for Tuesday, June 25, no earlier than 6:30 p.m.

If you are flying out of Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) or Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI), please book your return flight for Tuesday, June 25, no earlier than 7:30 p.m.

Some meetings with members of Congress may be scheduled late in the afternoon on Tuesday because of congressional schedules. These meetings are the reason you are coming to Washington, D.C., so it is critical that your travel arrangements permit you to attend.

*Please bring your luggage to the lobby bell desk when you check out on Tuesday morning. The hotel will securely store your luggage for the day, as there are no luggage storage options on Capitol Hill.

Ground Transportation

You can take taxis or ride-sharing apps (Uber/Lyft) from Reagan National Airport (DCA) to the hotel. You can also get to the hotel via Metro on the Blue Line from DCA to Metro Center Metro Station (hotel is just .2 miles from the stop).  Please visit the hotel website for additional information on directions and ground transportation to the JW Marriott Washington, D.C.
