As the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic evolves, the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) continues to monitor and respond to the changing situation. Our top priority is the health and well-being of you, our constituents in communities across the country, and our staff team members.

Despite these unprecedented times, pancreatic cancer affects thousands of patients and families every day, and our urgent mission does not slow down or stop. Due to the nature of our work as a service-based organization, we will continue to put patients first, and we are here to serve you.

Patient Services Are Available

Our Patient Services call center has had no disruption in service and continues to serve patients and caregivers every day. If you or a loved one have been recently diagnosed, please contact them by calling 877-2-PANCAN (877-272-6226) Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. PT or by emailing patientcentral@pancan.org to receive free, in-depth and personalized resources and information about pancreatic cancer, including the impact of COVID-19 on our vulnerable patient population and what precautions they should be taking.

All other Patient Services are still available as well, including PanCAN’s Know Your Tumor® servicePatient RegistrySurvivor & Caregiver Network and more.

Virtual Is the New Purple

Because your safety is our priority, all PurpleStride events through 2020 will be virtual, meaning you can participate any way you’d like, from anywhere.

We’re so grateful to everyone who is rallying behind our community during these challenging times — the need has never been greater. Your support is critical in the fight against pancreatic cancer, because this disease does not stop or slow down. And neither do we.
