Question: Are the following links to be placed within the Story DB homepage? Or are they to be in the static site? If they are part of the static site, then where do they link from?

1. Submit your story - 1 html page/submit form - This will be the general site wide Share Your Story form
2. Connect with other survivors and caregivers - (Survivor and Caregiver Network) 1 html simple text page (w/links to 2 submit forms (for connecting and volunteering))
   1. Connecting - 1 html page/submit form - document sample: “Online form - Participate SCN.doc”
   2. Volunteer - 1 html page/submit form - document sample: “Online form - Join SCN.doc”
