PanCAN is grounded in a culture that stands for equality, equity, diversity, and inclusion for everyone – our employees, volunteers, partners, and constituents. Health equity is at the heart of everything we do.
Defeating pancreatic cancer remains our urgent mission. We recognize that this cannot be accomplished without striving to reach and serve every individual touched by pancreatic cancer. The purpose of the Health Equity Committee is to eliminate health disparities and advance health equity for those impacted by pancreatic cancer.
The Health Equity Committee advises PanCAN on the development of goals and initiatives within our communities, and on ways to improve the health of those disproportionately impacted by pancreatic cancer including racial and ethnic minority populations and rural communities.
